Book a Viewing Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter of this prize draw is PFP Students – Beton House ("the Promoter").

1.2 By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The promotion is valid for viewings booked and attended between 1 July 2026 and 31 July 2026 inclusive.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The promotion is open to prospective residents who book and attend a viewing at PFP Students – Beton House during the promotion period.

3.2 To be eligible for entry, participants must complete and submit the tour form in person at Beton House reception on the day of their viewing.

3.3 Entries submitted online, by telephone, or after leaving the property will not be eligible.

3.4 Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Participants must:

a) Book a viewing at PFP Students – Beton House during the promotion period;

b) Attend the viewing in person or online; and

c) Complete and submit the tour form at Beton House reception before leaving the property.

4.2 Only entries that satisfy all eligibility requirements will be entered into the prize draw.

5. Prize

5.1 Eligible participants will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win an evoucher.

5.2 E-voucher prizes will range in value from £15 to £100.

5.3 The number and value of e-vouchers awarded will be determined by the Promoter.

5.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

6.2 The Promoter's decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

7.1 Winners will be contacted using the details provided on their tour form.

7.2 If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. General

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8.2 Personal data collected for this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

8.4 This promotion is operated by PFP Students – Beton House and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party voucher provider.
