Terms and Conditions for £0 Deposit Booking 

1. Offer Overview

The £0 deposit offer enables eligible students to secure a Beton House accommodation booking for the 2026/27 academic year without paying a deposit at the time of booking.

2. Eligibility

The offer is available to students booking a tenancy of 40 weeks or more for the 2026/27 academic year.

It applies to selected room types at Beton House only and is subject to availability.

Students must satisfy PfP Students’ standard booking criteria and eligibility requirements.

3. Booking Period

This promotion is valid only for bookings made within the advertised promotional period.

PfP Students reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

4. What £0 Deposit Means

No deposit is required at the point of booking.

This offer does not replace or waive any other fees, charges, or future payment obligations set out in the tenancy agreement.

5. Tenancy Agreement

Students must sign the Beton House tenancy agreement by the deadline stated in their booking offer.

All standard tenancy terms and conditions apply in full.

6. Cancellations & Withdrawals

If a student cancels outside of PfP Students’ standard cooling-off or cancellation policy, they may be liable for charges as detailed in the tenancy agreement.

• Failure to provide required documentation or meet stated deadlines may result in the withdrawal of the £0 deposit offer.

7. Non-Transferable

• The £0 deposit offer is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be combined with any other promotion unless explicitly stated.

8. General

• PfP Students reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the booking process.

• All decisions made by PfP Students regarding this promotion are final
