The cashback offer will be applied as a discount on your booking. It cannot be redeemed as cash, transferred to another person, or exchanged for any other product, service, or prize.
The discount will be applied to the final rent instalment after the booking is confirmed, as specified in the promotion. Cashback is only valid for eligible bookings and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated. Any unused cashback value will not be refunded or carried over to future bookings.
If any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then this promotion offered at the time will not be valid. This includes tenancy take overs.

Yes, you can cancel your booking if your university offer has been rejected. Please take a screenshot of your rejection letter from UCAS and include your name and reference number. Send this information to info@pfpstudents.co.uk within 3 working days to receive a full refund of your deposit.

You are responsible for cleaning your room. We provide a weekly cleaning service for communal areas, but you and your flatmates must ensure that the area is tidy so that it can be cleaned.

A large pin board is provided in the bedroom for posters. We ask that you don't attach anything to your walls or ceilings as any damage caused will be chargeable.
Guests are permitted for a maximum of 2 nights in any week. Please sign them in at reception on arrival.

You can request to move, but this will depend on availability. Please note that there is a £50 admin fee.
