Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

Our Refer A Friend promotion is only applicable for new 2026/27 academic year bookings, which is for stays after 4th September 2026, made on or after 4th March 2026. This offer is only applicable at PfP Students properties where a valid promotional code has been applied at the time of booking.

Rewards

  • Earn £100 for every friend you refer

  • Get £200 when you refer more than 5

  • Get £300 when you refer more than 10

  • Choose voucher or money off the rent

  • Rewards are paid once all referred students (including the referee) have checked in and paid their first instalment or paid in full

The promotion is not available to students who:

  • Have not entered a referred student’s PfP Students ID at the time of booking

  • Have deferred/cancelled their booking before check-in

  • Book a tenancy less than 40 weeks

  • Book through a university and agent

  • Have confirmed a booking prior to 4th March 2026

  • Are on a payment plan (outside of 3 instalments or pay in full)

The cashback offer will be applied as a discount on your booking. It cannot be redeemed as cash, transferred to another person, or exchanged for any other product, service, or prize.

The discount will be applied to the final rent instalment after the booking is confirmed, as specified in the promotion. Cashback and prize are only valid for eligible bookings and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated. Any unused cashback or prize value will not be refunded or carried over to future bookings.

If any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then this promotion offered at the time will not be valid. This includes tenancy takeovers.

To claim this offer, you must input the promotional code when booking, complete your booking, have signed your tenancy agreement, paid your deposit, and be up to date with all rental payments by 28th February 2027. This offer is limited to a certain number of bookings. PfP Students has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any property, without notice.

These Terms & Conditions are correct as of 4th March 2026. However, PfP Students reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice. Adherence to the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions of participation.
