PfP Students appoints Philip Hillman as an adviser

PfP Students has appointed Philip Hillman as an adviser, supporting its engagement across the PBSA sector and its continued commercial growth.

Philip brings over 35 years’ experience from JLL, where he held senior leadership roles including Chairman of Living Capital Markets and Chairman of Alternatives. He also led JLL’s student housing team and oversaw many of the largest transactions in the PBSA sector. Since leaving the firm, Philip has held consultancy roles with a number of leading companies in in the shared living and PBSA sector.

As an independent adviser for PfP Students, Philip will provide strategic insight and support and grow PfP Students’ networks and relationships across the sector. His focus will include strengthening commercial strategy, enhancing customer value, and supporting key partnerships. He will also contribute to initiatives aimed at improving organisational effectiveness.
