The cashback offer will be applied as a discount on your booking. It cannot be redeemed as cash, transferred to another person, or exchanged for any other product, service, or prize.
The discount will be applied to the final rent instalment after the booking is confirmed, as specified in the promotion. Cashback is only valid for eligible bookings and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated. Any unused cashback value will not be refunded or carried over to future bookings.
If any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then this promotion offered at the time will not be valid. This includes tenancy take overs.

Yes, you can cancel your booking if your university offer has been rejected. Please take a screenshot of your rejection letter from UCAS and include your name and reference number. Send this information to parishhall@pfpstudents.co.uk within 3 working days to receive a full refund of your deposit.
